Life can be difficult. Everyone faces some level of difficulty. Avoid it and it only gets worse. Get the support you need to face the problems, heal the pain. Every session is planned with you in mind. Individual therapy is designed to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
Couples face challenges. You aren’t alone. Relationships take effort and sometimes they need some encouragement or skills. Couples counseling is designed to strengthen your relationship by providing skills and addressing problems before they grow.

I typically work with adults who are interested in improving their lives. I meet with couples and help them build their relationships or become better parents. I also work with individual men and women who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, difficult transitions in life, and more.
We work with a variety of health insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One, Aetna, and UCare.
Yes, you can. While many people will use insurance to cover the cost of therapy, some people find that they never reach the deductible or just don’t want to use insurance. We have private pay options as well as a sliding fee scale for those who need the help and can’t afford it. We don’t want lack of money to keep someone from the help they need.
